Blount Boats was founded in 1949 as Blount Marine Corporation. Over the decades, the company has established itself as a respected name in the maritime industry. Headquartered in Warren, Rhode Island, Blount Boats has a long-standing tradition of designing and building a wide array of commercial vessels. Blount Boats' Facilities

Located on a six-acre site in Warren, Rhode Island, Blount Boats' shipyard boasts extensive facilities. The primary production facility includes a 200’ x 60’ shed equipped with two 7.5-ton bridge cranes, ideally suited for large-scale projects. A secondary production facility is available for constructing smaller hulls and pre-fabricating parts and modules. The shipyard also features a marine railway with a covered tent for EPA-compliant paint and blast operations and a vertical lift dry dock capable of lifting 240 long tons. These advanced facilities enable Blount Boats to build vessels up to 220 feet in length efficiently.
