Han Kieftenbeld

Han Kieftenbeld has been serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer since June 2023 and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer since March 2020. Additionally, he has been the Chief Administration Officer since July 2020 and took on the role of Interim Chief Accounting Officer in May 2023. His career spans over 30 years, featuring extensive experience in science-driven sectors such as food, health, nutrition, personal care, and industrial end-markets. Kieftenbeld’s expertise includes developing talent, navigating capital markets, managing complex manufacturing and supply networks, and executing partnerships and mergers and acquisitions with a strong focus on execution and accountability. Prior to his current roles, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Innophos Holdings, Inc., from April 2016 to April 2019, and as the Global Chief Financial Officer at AB Mauri from June 2014 to July 2015. His earlier roles include Global Chief Procurement Officer of Ingredion Incorporated and Global Chief Financial Officer of National Starch. Kieftenbeld began his career at Unilever in the Netherlands. He holds a joint MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC School of Management, Paris, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and Accounting from Windesheim University in the Netherlands.
