Jessica Baron

Jessica Baron currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and operations from both private and public investment companies. Before her current role at Acrew, she was the COO of SVB Capital where she managed all operational aspects including finance, investor relations, compliance, risk, and administration. She also held the position of CFO at SVB Capital, as well as at Cordillera Investment Partners and Hercules Capital (NYSE: HTGC). Earlier in her career, Jessica worked in various finance roles at Cisco Systems and Levi Strauss, and started her career at PwC leading audit teams for asset management. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley-Haas, a Master’s in Sociology, and a Bachelor’s in Human Biology from Stanford University. Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a former NCAA champion swimmer and enjoys yoga and cooking quick, healthy meals for her family.
