Kendra Ragatz

Kendra Ragatz is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as a Partner at Acrew, where she rejoined the founding team in early 2021. In her role, she leads Limited Partner (LP) and Investor Relations as well as the Acrew Crew of Leaders. Kendra’s extensive background includes over 12 years as a growth investor at DAG Ventures and Alta Communications. She was also a General Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Aspect Ventures, where she was responsible for fundraising, managing LP relationships, co-managing associate hiring and training, and collaborating with other partners on follow-on investment processes and portfolio management. Additionally, Kendra has served on the boards of the Stanford GSB Trust and One Medical Group, and was a board observer for over ten growth stage companies. Prior to her investment career, her first job involved clearing insects from drip irrigation lines on her family’s avocado farm, and she was a Division I college tennis player. Kendra values spending her free time with her family.
