Aude de Fornel, currently serving as a Data Analyst at Ignition Program, began her career at the company in sales five years ago before transitioning into operations. Her career took a significant turn after completing a data analysis boot camp, leading to her current role overseeing data and change management. Aude played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s data strategy by enlisting freelance data consultants to design an optimal data stack. She implemented internal dashboards to monitor sales performance and recruitment processes, utilizing Whaly’s ETL connectors for efficient data integration. Aude also spearheaded the ‘Data Champions Program,’ identifying and training five data-oriented individuals from various business teams. Through regular training sessions, check-ins, and roadmap meetings, she has effectively fostered a data-centric culture within the organization. Furthermore, Aude has focused on delivering tailored recruitment data solutions to clients, integrating these insights into the clients’ existing systems.
