Peter Logan

Peter Logan has established a robust career in finance, characterized by over two decades of expertise in profit and loss management, financial analysis, and commercial process excellence. He began his career at GE, where he spent over 16 years, initially joining through their Financial Management Program and later moving to their Corporate Audit Staff. During his tenure at GE, he served as Finance Manager for the Propulsion and Specialty Services segment of GE Transportation and spent eight years as CFO of Life Care Solutions, a global medical device and software business within GE Healthcare, managing a portfolio worth approximately $2 billion. Following his extensive period at GE, Logan transitioned to FIS/Worldpay, where he took on the role of VP of Finance, supporting their Integrated Payments and North American Merchant Services businesses. Most recently, he has been appointed as VP of Finance for Sovrn Holdings, a Series C-funded advertising technology start-up based in Boulder, Colorado.
