Unitea is an engage-to-earn platform designed to incentivize fan loyalty by offering artist-focused rewards and experiences. Users can earn Karma points by engaging with music from their favorite artists within the Unitea app. These points can be redeemed for a variety of exclusive rewards, including artist meetups, backstage experiences, VIP travel packages, guest list passes to shows and festivals, and signed merchandise. Unitea also features augmented reality filters and objects from various artists. The platform has partnered with multiple festivals and events, such as Ultra, Resonate Suwanee, Hulaween, Imagine Music Festival, Cascade Equinox, Dirtybird CampINN, and Breakaway Festivals, to enhance user experiences. Additionally, Unitea provides a marketplace where users can redeem their Karma points for various rewards and offers a feature called ‘Crews’ for users to create groups around artists and events, share music, and earn points. Users can sync their Spotify or Apple Music accounts to listen to music within the app. Unitea has teamed up with Conscious Alliance to allow users to redeem Karma points for donations to Stop AAPI Hate and provide meals to families in need. The platform offers artist-specific rewards, such as signed merchandise, exclusive meetups, and VIP experiences, and has partnered with artists to create unique physical, digital, and experiential rewards for fans. Unitea also provides real-time actionable insights into fan data for artists and maintains a reward release calendar to keep users updated on new rewards and experiences. Furthermore, Unitea allows users to create custom festival schedules and join official festival crew chats for event updates and information.
