Anwarul Hasan

Anwarul Hasan serves as the Vice President of Engineering, bringing over three decades of extensive engineering and management experience within the semiconductor sector in Silicon Valley. His expertise spans corporate strategic planning, program management, design automation, and high-end complex ASIC chip design, along with marketing and technical support. Anwarul has a robust hands-on background in all phases of SOC and ASIC chip design from RTL to GDS. He has managed various design teams and handled corporate design automation at a leading semiconductor company, overseeing responsibilities that included multi-million dollar tools acquisition, corporate design flow development, customization, and global deployment. Additionally, Anwarul has designed and developed software EDA tools and has worked for major semiconductor companies such as National Semiconductor, Amdahl, ST Microelectronics, and Renesas, along with several startups. He has also provided high-end ASIC design support and program management activities for major clients including Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Intel, and Qualcomm. Anwarul holds BSEE, MSEE, and MBA degrees, and has completed project management and Scrum master courses, earning a certification as a Scrum Master. He is a technical committee member of the Synopsys Users group and has contributed several publications to the International Test Conference and SNUG, US.
