Melissa Enbar

Melissa Enbar currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Formation Bio. Prior to this role, she was instrumental in designing and building the Global People and Talent function at Birchbox over an eight-year tenure. Her career in human resources also includes leading Recruitment at Harvard Business School and supporting Consultant Recruitment and Corporate HR at Oliver Wyman - Delta. Additionally, she has experience as an Executive Team Lead in Human Resources at Target. Melissa earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland, equipping her with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics.
