Seth Shelnutt

Seth Shelnutt serves as the Chief Technology Officer and has been actively involved in presenting and discussing the capabilities of TileDB’s multi-modal database across different platforms and industries. He attended the Biotech Showcase in San Francisco, where he highlighted how leading life sciences organizations leverage TileDB to address omics data challenges. Shelnutt also participated in BioTechX in Basel, Switzerland, delivering two talks focused on single-cell data access and multi-omics data challenges using TileDB. His involvement extended to the defense and geospatial science sectors, where he discussed TileDB’s applications at DSEI 2023 in London. Additionally, Shelnutt engaged with the community at SatCamp in Boulder, Colorado, where he hiked and connected with other participants. He also contributed to SatSummit 2022, participating in a panel that explored SAR analytics and discussed the creation and handling of multi-dimensional stacks of SAR data using TileDB arrays.
