The core development process includes sketches, renderings, finite element analysis, Moldflow analysis, CAD modeling, and development testing.

The company operates a collection of plastic injection molding presses with capacities ranging from 300 to 3,000 tons and uses an advanced in-house colour spectrometer for consistent colour harmony. Its state-of-the-art dimensional lab features a Creaform (MetraSCAN) 3D scanner and a CMM machine. Tiercon is equipped with a full design and test lab, 3D printing, impact and cyclic corrosion testing, and more. The company produces mold-in-colour parts using a wide range of resins and has a flexible assembly facility capable of producing over 30 combinations and variations of assemblies with zero changeover time.

Tiercon is committed to continuous improvement in technology, affordability, quality, delivery, and employee experience. The company has celebrated significant safety milestones across its Ontario operations and actively participates in community events, such as the 2023 Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women and the Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer, raising significant funds for these causes.
