It features a redundant power source to ensure alerts are sent even during power outages and includes leak-sensing cables that detect water along their length for area or perimeter coverage. Major companies in cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Chicago, Boston, and New York use the Trident system. The Detection Group has been providing water damage protection since 2006 and joined the Watts Family of brands in 2021. The Trident system can monitor hundreds of locations within a single building and can be managed remotely via the Trident Platform, allowing designated staff to view the system from home or office.
