Jeff He

Jeff He, with an extensive career spanning over two decades, currently serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of HiFiBiO Therapeutics, a role he has held since 2017. Prior to this, he was the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at Harbour BioMed from 2015 to 2017. Jeff’s experience also includes a significant tenure at ShangPharma/ChemPartner, where he was the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Operation for three years. His contributions were pivotal in helping Texas Pacific Group (TPG) privatize ShangPharma from the NYSE during his time as Senior Vice President. Earlier in his career, Jeff held management roles at Danaher/Fluke and Saint-Gobain, where he managed progressively larger profit and loss responsibilities. He also worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and as a senior financial analyst at Intel. Academically, Jeff He is well-qualified with an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, a M.S. in Economics from Shanghai University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Zhejiang University.
