Madeleine Nguyen

Madeleine Nguyen, originally from the SF Bay Area, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Talentdrop. She completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where she majored in Classics and played on the Women’s Golf team. Nguyen pursued her legal education at Washington University in St. Louis, developing a keen interest in employment law. Her professional journey includes significant roles in human resources and talent acquisition, having worked at Riviera, a recruiting firm, followed by in-house positions at Instacart, Snapchat, and Uber between 2013 and 2019. Leveraging her expertise in employment law and talent management, Nguyen left her corporate roles to start Talentdrop, aiming to innovate in the recruiting space.
