About Viktoriya Tigipko
Viktoriya Tigipko is the founding partner of TA Ventures, an investment fund she established in 2010, and is actively involved in various leadership roles across the tech and film industries in Central and Eastern Europe.

Viktoriya Tigipko holds an M.S. from Kyiv National Economics University and Vienna University of Economics and Business, along with an MBA from UC Berkeley. In late 2010, she founded TA Ventures, a venture capital fund that invests in innovative tech companies. Prior to this, she led business initiatives in construction and machinery distribution. Tigipko also created IDCEE, the largest IT conference in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and founded ICLUB, a prominent co-investor club. She serves as the President of the Odesa International Film Festival, the largest film festival in CEE by audience size, and is the Chairman of the Ukrainian Film Academy Supervisory Board. Additionally, she co-founded WTECH, Ukraine’s first community for female tech leaders, and since 2021, has been the Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, further cementing her role as a significant figure in both the tech and film sectors.
