Morgan in 1992, where he started in the Quantitative Research Department after completing his PhD in Theoretical Physics from Manchester University. During his tenure at J.P. Morgan, which lasted until 2010, Kitson held several significant positions including Managing Director, Head Trader for Foreign Exchange Options, Head of Energy, and Head Trader for Fixed Income Hybrids. His focus shifted exclusively to proprietary trading in 2007.
