Angelo Huang, with 20 years of IT management experience, founded Swif to address operational challenges he encountered in a previous EdTech startup. Initially managing a team of remote engineers, Huang faced significant hurdles, such as Apple activation locks on returned laptops, which highlighted the need for better device management solutions. In response, he launched Swif in 2021, aiming to simplify device and inventory management for businesses. Swif, which has been growing at a rate of 35% monthly, was selected as a finalist for the 2024 SXSW Pitch in the Enterprise & Smart Data category. The company’s mission is to facilitate the future of work, accommodating both remote and hybrid models, in a market where device security and compliance automation is expanding rapidly, valued at $70 billion with a 26% annual growth rate.
