Structure.fi provides access to over 500 fully-compliant, liquid, tokenized equities, including the entire S&P 500. Each tokenized asset is backed 1:1 with underlying shares held by third-party, regulated financial institutions. Users can withdraw their tokens to a private wallet at any time. The tokens are ERC20 and issued on the Ethereum Mainnet, with plans to support additional blockchain networks in the future. Structure.fi sources liquidity for the underlying assets from top-tier, US-registered broker-dealers and maintains real-time 1:1 backing of assets as tokens are minted or burned. Execution and clearing for the underlying assets are managed through registered broker-dealers, and the company offers segregated funds where underlying assets are held by separate legal entities. Institutional-grade bank custody is provided for all assets backing the tokens. Structure.fi requires KYC for all customers and conducts ongoing OFAC screening. The company offers access to assets and liquidity services through a RESTful API and is backed by top investors with a mission to democratize access to traditional financial assets.
