Debra Apruzzese serves as a Board Member and is currently the President of Axia11G Consulting Group, LLC. She has a distinguished career at Merck & Co, Inc., where she held various senior executive positions. At Merck, she oversaw performance improvement and integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, streamlined manufacturing operations, and enhanced R&D productivity. Her leadership roles spanned Operations Management, Human Resources, Business Development, and Strategic Planning. As Vice President of MRL Business Performance Management, she led transformative initiatives in Clinical Data Management and spearheaded projects to enhance Discovery, Pre-clinical, and Clinical Development. Additionally, she developed the Biotech deal acceleration process and led strategic business teams in collaboration with Oncology and Neuroscience Therapeutic areas. At Axia11G Consulting Group, LLC, she leads a team that provides effective solutions and strategies to enhance the financial and operational well-being of organizations, focusing on the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Environmental sectors.
