Anne Wen

Anne Wen serves as the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, bringing a robust background in engineering, supply chain, and quality management within the Aerospace & Defense industry. She has significant experience working with large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including building cockpit doors at Airbus and developing missile defense infrared detectors at Raytheon. During her MBA at Harvard Business School, Anne interned at Anduril Industries. She was also an early Product Manager at Hadrian, where she played a pivotal role in developing the internal ERP system named Flow and establishing an AS9100 compliant system in under six months. Anne has extensive experience with First Article Inspection Reports, having filled out and reviewed hundreds of them, and has utilized numerous customer portals and software solutions. Her technical skills are further enhanced by her training in IBM DOORS requirements management at Airbus, where she completed several large certification campaigns for complex systems. Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama.
