Jai Eakin serves as the Managing Director for Asia Pacific, with operations based in both Australia and Canada. He has successfully assembled a skilled team of visual artists and professionals from the built environment and multimedia visualization sectors. Under his leadership, the client engagement team excels in understanding and addressing business needs while fostering strategic client relationships across Australia and Canada. The globally distributed portal team, operating 24/7, is responsible for creating unique stakeholder engagement portals that serve government entities, communication and construction companies, as well as private clients. Furthermore, the Core Community Analytics (CA) team focuses on developing a custom stakeholder engagement platform, which is utilized by similar clientele. The platforms developed under his guidance offer interactive 3D capabilities, enabling comprehensive interaction with projects of any scale. These platforms include features such as journey planning, noise and distance measurements, time-of-day lighting and shadowing effects, along with video and image capture functionalities.
