Lehua Stonebraker serves as the Senior Vice President of People at SmartRecruiters, where she oversees the global People Team. Her team’s mission is to empower every employee to reach their full potential. With a career spanning over two decades, Stonebraker has extensive experience in recruitment, employment branding, HR operations and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and consulting. She has previously worked with globally recognized brands such as Gallup and TD Ameritrade. Notably, she played a pivotal role in Ceridian’s expansion, helping the company successfully enter multiple new markets through eight acquisitions over a period of 18 months. Stonebraker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her contributions to the field have been recognized with awards from Talentful’s Top 50 Leaders in Tech and TAtech’s 100 Most Influential Talent Acquisition Thought Leaders in 2022.
