Rabia Khan, born and raised in Pakistan, is a distinguished leader in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as a CEO. She holds a PhD in Human Genetics and an MBA, equipping her with a robust foundation in both scientific and business management. Previously, Khan was the Managing Director of Discovery Sciences at Sensyne Health Plc, where she was instrumental in establishing the company’s scientific strategy, building its data science and discovery teams, and leading pharmaceutical partnerships with major industry players such as Bayer, BMS, Roche, and Alexion. Her career also includes senior positions at BenevolentAI and Meta. Khan is deeply committed to enhancing diversity within the STEM fields.
