Safety Center

Safety Center, headquartered in Sacramento with additional offices in Citrus Heights, Modesto, North Highlands, and Woodland, provides a variety of community and professional programs to promote lifelong safety and health. The organization offers DUI/Alcohol & Drug Programs, including Drug Diversion Programs and DOT SAP services, and provides remote client services for DUI programs approved by the Department of Health Care Services California DUI Programs. Safety Center operates Safetyville USA, a miniature city designed to teach children safety skills, and offers motorcycle training through the California Motorcyclist Safety Program (CMSP). The organization also provides workplace safety training, including Virtual Instructor-Led Safety Training and on-site custom trainings, and offers a Certified Safety Management Specialist (CSMS) program to empower safety professionals. Additionally, Safety Center provides driving simulator programs to help individuals develop defensive driving skills, and offers resources and training materials for workplace safety, including first aid/CPR/AED course materials and defensive driving course guides. The organization hosts community events and volunteer opportunities at Safetyville USA, offers support and resources for employers to ensure workplace safety compliance, and provides alcohol and drug education courses, one-on-one counseling, and group counseling. Safety Center also offers a variety of safety products for purchase and rent, including AED units and CPR manikins, and provides safety education for children, teens, and adults to keep them safe in the community, on the road, and on the job.
