Doug Hart

Doug Hart currently serves as the CEO, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles in international business management and strategic planning. He formerly served as Vice President, International at Terminix International, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations outside the USA, including in Canada, Latin America, and Europe. Before his tenure at Terminix, Hart was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Reliance Home Comfort. In this role, he authored the company’s five-year strategic plan and significantly increased sales and revenues in both residential and commercial markets. Hart also held multiple operational leadership positions at Reliance Home Comfort, including General Manager of Greater Toronto and Vice President of Western Canada, where he led a team of five hundred employees across fourteen branches. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
