Martha Dreiling

Martha Dreiling is a seasoned executive in the insurtech and fintech industries, currently serving as the COO and Co-Founder. She brings more than 15 years of experience, having begun her career at OnDeck Capital where she was the Senior Vice President of Operations and played a pivotal role in the company’s public offering in 2014. Following her tenure at OnDeck, Martha worked at Attune Insurance as the Vice President of Analytics and Corporation Operations, where she was instrumental in building the company’s analytics infrastructure and scaling their first commercial Business Owners Policy (BOP) offering. She then joined Rhino Insurance as the Senior Vice President of Operations, contributing significantly to the company’s rapid growth from 50 to over 250 employees. Her extensive background in managing and expanding operational and analytical frameworks significantly impacts the companies she leads.
