Elizabeth Permenter

Elizabeth Permenter currently serves as the Head of Customer Success, where she is recognized for maintaining high Net Promoter and Customer Satisfaction Scores. Her career includes significant roles at Oscar Health, where she was part of the inaugural network contracting team, and at UnitedHealthcare, managing value-based arrangements. Elizabeth is deeply committed to the healthcare of the aging population, volunteering with the NY Department for the Aging, Alzheimer’s Association, and Four Seasons Hospice in Western North Carolina. She focuses on empowering healthcare providers to optimize patient opportunities in Medicare and strives to make every team interaction, from trainings to strategy meetings, engaging and delightful. Recently, Elizabeth became a mother and values the supportive environment for parents at her current company, Pearl.
