Matt Stephenson

Matt Stephenson currently serves as a Research Partner, having previously held the position of Senior Mechanism Designer at BlockScience. His professional journey includes collaborations with notable organizations such as Dapper Labs and MakerDAO. Stephenson has also shared his knowledge as a lecturer at Columbia University, focusing on DAO governance. His academic achievements are notable, with a doctoral thesis that explored price discovery and endogenous value in NFT markets. He holds a PhD in Behavioral Economics & Strategy and a Master’s in Strategy, both from Columbia University. Additionally, he received an M.S. in Economics from the University of Warwick, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
