Katrina Paglia

Katrina Paglia holds the position of Chief Legal Officer, bringing a comprehensive background in legal and compliance roles to her current post. She began her career at Venable LLP, which laid the foundation for her subsequent roles in the legal field. Paglia further developed her expertise at American Express as a Compliance Manager and at M.D. Sass as Legal and Compliance Counsel. Her career progressed as she took on significant responsibilities at Coinbase, where she served as Director & Associate General Counsel, and at Capstone Investment Advisors as General Counsel & CCO. Additionally, she held the roles of General Counsel, Corporate and Governance, and Corporate Secretary at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Academically, she earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and a JD with a Certificate in Business Law from Brooklyn Law School. Paglia also contributes to the community through her role on the advisory committee of Invest In Girls, demonstrating her commitment to fostering growth and development in the legal field.
