Ragini Sidhu serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, bringing over ten years of expertise in the field with a diverse background that spans engineering, technology, and pharmaceutical sectors. Her responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, reward and recognition, and implementing change management strategies. Originally from Mauritius, Ragini has been living in the UK since 1992 and is based in the West Midlands. She is married and a mother of two children. Outside of her professional life, Ragini enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, exploring different cultures, and cooking exotic dishes.
