These facilities span over 215,000 square feet, including 50,000 square feet dedicated to production and 123,000 square feet for finished goods, bulk, and component warehousing. Nutra-Med Packaging serves the Pharmaceutical, OTC, medical device, diagnostics, and dietary supplement industries in the US and Canada, specializing in blister packaging, bottling, specialized kitting, cartoning, and serialization operations. The facilities feature 80 pallet 2°C to 8°C cold chain storage, 29 temperature-controlled packaging suites, 11 blister packaging lines, 10 high-speed bottling lines, and 8 cartoning lines. Additionally, the production facilities are licensed for DEA schedule III-V and L1 Chemical. Nutra-Med Packaging offers flexible scheduling with a target turnaround of two weeks or less and same-day expedited service. The company also provides regulatory support, including ANDA and NDA support as well as FDA submission guidance.
