John Mark

John Mark serves as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), bringing nearly forty years of specialized experience in the industrial gas and specialty chemicals sectors. His career is marked by his role as the lead negotiator in numerous high-stakes transactions, including large engineering, procurement, construction, and supply scheme projects. He has successfully negotiated complex intellectual property and clean energy projects, and has led significant negotiations in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate finance matters. Prior to his current role at Numericcal, John held several prominent positions including Head of Legal at Linde Gas North America LLC, Senior Divisional Counsel at Arch Chemicals’ Electronics and Specialty Chemicals Division, Regional Counsel for Asia Pacific and Latin America at W.R. Grace, and Senior Counsel at Shearman & Sterling. He is an alumnus of New York University School of Law and Temple University.
