Collin Doering

Collin Doering serves as an Engineering Manager and team lead at NoRedInk, focusing on guiding teams that work on socially beneficial projects. His professional journey includes significant roles in the computer security and healthcare sectors before his current position. Collin is deeply engaged in computing as a long-time hobbyist, with a broad range of interests including infrastructure, hardware, security, Free Software, and functional programming with a special focus on package management systems like Guix and Nix. Previously, he was also involved with the Java ecosystem. Outside of his professional and hobbyist pursuits, Collin enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his two young sons, and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, snowboarding, and boating.
