Chris Wallis

Chris Wallis serves as the Vice President of Finance at NMS, a position he has held since 2021. Prior to joining NMS, Wallis was a Senior Manager at Alter Domus, where he managed all aspects of accounting, internal and external reporting, and coordinated audits and tax matters for private equity and venture capital funds. Before his tenure at Alter Domus, he worked as a Manager at Oak Hill Advisors, focusing on distressed and private credit funds, with responsibilities including financial and investor reporting. Wallis holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy and a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Utah University. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Utah.
