Taylor Odegard founded the Navigator platform in 2008 and initially developed its alpha version, which was utilized for a decade in the commercial real estate industry. Odegard collaborated with Brett Hartzell and Russ Johnson to refine the platform and engage top commercial real estate owners, successfully securing seed capital. The platform’s significance and potential were recognized at notable events such as TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco and Seattle. Following these achievements, Odegard successfully raised $17.2 million in Series A capital, positioning Navigator as a key player in the industry.
