Isabela Hoyos

Isabela Hoyos serves as the Head of Legal at Monet, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing initiatives aimed at financial inclusivity and reducing gender disparities in financial services. She has been instrumental in developing programs such as ‘Mujer con M de Monet’, which targets gender gaps in credit access, and ‘Monet Contigo’, a contest designed to engage and educate the community. Isabela also promotes financial literacy from an early age through her involvement in ‘Promotes Financial Inclusion in Early Childhood’. Her efforts extend to digital platforms as well; she launched an official blog focused on personal finance and financial education to broaden public knowledge and engagement. Additionally, Isabela contributes to ‘Miércoles con M de Monet’, a series of activities aimed at community engagement and empowerment across Colombia. Her work has significantly impacted the community, contributing to over 171,000 positive reports to credit bureaus in the last six months and enhancing the referral section to increase winning opportunities for participants.
