Dillan DiNardo holds the position of Co-Founder and CEO, backed by an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Robert Morris University. His professional journey includes significant roles in a $1 billion venture fund, where he executed and managed over fifty investments across biopharma, medical devices, and health technology. DiNardo has actively taken operating roles in more than a dozen early-stage spinout companies, contributing to their strategic and operational development. Prior to his current role, he worked as a transaction-focused consultant in finance for large international accounting and consulting firms, covering a broad spectrum of activities from seed-stage startup funding to major mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures involving Fortune 500 companies.
