Joe Mulhearn

Joe Mulhearn serves as the Head of Revenue, where he applies his comprehensive expertise in areas such as Pricing, Contracting, Procurement, IT finance, IT infrastructure, and end user support. He was the founding Head of the program management office (PMO) at Schering Plough, which is now part of Merck. In his previous role as a Senior Director at Merck, Mulhearn was instrumental in developing and implementing key commercial, financial, performance, governance, compliance, and risk management processes to ensure the success of IT operations. With over 20 years of experience in IT contracting, negotiation, and procurement, he effectively leads contract negotiations. Additionally, Mulhearn works closely with Medigram’s CEO, CTO, and Finance team, providing leadership across various functions including product management, business models, marketing, sales, account management, customer success, services, and end user support.
