Grace Hsu

Grace Hsu holds the position of Vice President of Legal & People at Lunar, where she is responsible for overseeing the legal and human resources departments. Additionally, she fulfills the role of corporate secretary for the company. Prior to her current role, Hsu was an in-house counsel at Clearway Energy Group and worked as an associate at the law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. She has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, both from Stanford University. Furthermore, she earned a Juris Doctor degree from Berkeley Law.
