Jamie Bourgeois serves as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Energy and Infrastructure and brings more than fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to this role, Bourgeois was the Head of Construction Credit Administration at Live Oak Bank. He also held the position of Director at Fairview Real Estate Solutions, where he focused on underwriting, investment, and valuation within the commercial real estate group. Earlier in his career, Bourgeois worked as a lead analyst in the CMBS Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Investor Services and held various roles at BB&T, including graduating from BB&T’s Management Program. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management from Appalachian State University and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
