Greg Seward

Greg Seward serves as the Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel, having joined the company in 2015. He brings over 20 years of experience as an attorney, including a significant tenure at Capital One Financial Corporation where he led a team of attorneys advising on securities disclosure and financial reporting, capital markets and corporate finance, executive compensation, equity administration, and general corporate and transactional matters. Seward began his legal career as an associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, focusing on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar, and a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law.
