Ryan Mohr

Ryan Mohr, alongside his brother Jeff, founded Kumu in 2011, a tool designed to map and visualize complex relationships, particularly in the renewable energy sector of Hawaii. With roots in both Oahu and Silicon Valley, Ryan’s work has been significantly shaped by his engagements with the Omidyar family and inspirations from notable thinkers and institutions like the Santa Fe Institute, Donella Meadows, and others. Despite his deep involvement in the tech world, Ryan describes himself as a recovering surfaholic, frequently drawn back to the surfing waters of Oahu.
