Before joining Kanin Energy, he was the Director of Engineering at Terrapin Geothermics, where he led research and development initiatives, including the development of a novel ultra-low temperature Stirling engine. He also created tools for assessing and qualifying waste heat resources at industrial facilities and developed project execution and integration strategies.

During his tenure at Wood Group Mustang, he served as Project Engineer and Lead Mechanical Engineer for prominent clients like Shell and Cenovus. Furthermore, he was the on-site Senior Project Engineer for the construction, commissioning, and start-up of Husky’s $2.7 billion Sunrise SAGD facility, showcasing his ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
