Jumpchat

Jumpchat, established in 2012 and located in Palo Alto, California, was a company operating within the consumer social sub-industry. As a participant in Y Combinator’s S06 batch, Jumpchat aimed to simplify communication by bridging mobile text messages, email, and instant messaging in a single platform that did not require any downloads. The service was designed to allow users to send messages to defined groups, facilitating mass mobile messaging. Despite its innovative approach, Jumpchat served primarily regions in the United States and America/Canada and was in the early stage of development before becoming inactive.
