Sanjay Chandel

Sanjay Chandel is a seasoned professional in People and Culture, with a robust background in strategy implementation, human resources management, people analytics, process excellence, operations management, and data strategy. He has worked with prominent organizations such as Taj Hotels, Siemens, AXA, Capita, Sterling, and WNS. Sanjay holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and has completed an Executive MBA from IIM, Bangalore, as well as an Advanced Human Resources Program from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 HR Leaders in India by the World HRD Congress. Sanjay is a regular panelist, speaker, and participant at notable industry forums and premier educational institutions, including IIM and MDI. In his personal life, he enjoys playing squash, tennis, and off-roading, and has a major interest in yoga and poetry. His wife, Arti, is a teacher, and his sons, Shaurya and Dhairya, are enthusiastic footballers.
