Eric Jubber

Eric Jubber, currently a product engineer at Ivella, has a notable background in software engineering, having previously worked at Amazon where he helped develop the Trade-In platform. He joined Ivella, drawn by its mission to ease financial management and expense splitting among couples, a challenge he and his friends had experienced personally. At Ivella, Eric has been instrumental in enhancing the product’s engineering framework; he rebuilt core workflows using SwiftUI, implemented numerous AWS Lambdas for card activity and transaction processing, developed a scalable in-app notifications system, and wrote comprehensive integration tests. Additionally, he has explored the potential for a scalable points/rewards system. Eric is keen on further developing his skills in iOS/Swift and expanding the GraphQL endpoints and infrastructure. He appreciates Ivella’s engineering culture, which emphasizes both rapid iteration and scalable design, and he actively participates in team-building activities, including an off-site event in Palm Springs.
