Jason Hardy-Smith serves as the Vice President of Product at Iris Automation, overseeing the product strategy, definition, and requirements for the company’s Casia detect and avoid portfolio. With over two decades of experience in product management, he has a proven track record of defining and driving product strategies and roadmaps within the technology sector. Hardy-Smith has managed the entire product lifecycle of several successful first-to-market products at notable companies such as Oracle, Blueroads, Brightidea, and Isomorphic Software. He began his career as a software developer after earning a Bachelor of Electronic & Electrical Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
