Fong L. Pan

Fong L. Pan is a Simulations Engineer with a robust background in aeronautics and astronautics engineering, having earned both his BS and MS degrees from Purdue University. With 15 years of experience, Pan specializes in applied fluid mechanics and computational fluid dynamics. His professional journey includes roles at prominent organizations such as Temasek Laboratories, Rolls-Royce, Navistar, United Technologies Research Center, Caterpillar, and Honda R&D America. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including associate aerothermal engineer, senior CFD engineer, research acoustics engineer, fluid system technical team lead, and product manager. Pan is also an accomplished academic, authoring 8 technical papers and securing 4 US patents. He actively contributes as a technical paper reviewer for the SAE conference publication, focusing on aerodynamics, thermal management, and aeroacoustics.
