Pierre-Etienne Boin

Pierre-Etienne Boin serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Inari, where he oversees all legal functions, including intellectual property, compliance, and regulatory strategy. He brings over three decades of experience as an attorney specializing in international agribusiness and biotechnology law. Prior to his current role, Boin was the General Counsel for Seeds and Biotechnology globally at Syngenta, and he also held various positions at Novartis Seeds. He received his law degree from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and holds a Master’s in European Law from Université Libre of Brussels, Belgium. Additionally, Boin is an alumnus of the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
