Marisa Daspit

Marisa Daspit serves as the Chief People Officer at Ibotta, a position she has held since 2018. Prior to joining Ibotta, she spent ten years designing and leading talent management programs specifically tailored for the healthcare industry. Daspit holds a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Instructional Technology from the University of Colorado. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid enthusiast of running and mountain biking. Marisa also cherishes spending quality time with her family, including her husband, daughter, and three sons.
